Recently, Rodrigo Brandão released a new course format called BOARD in the Moodle database repository. It is only available for Moodle 3.0, but I thought it looked so great I wanted to share.
The course format gives instructors or course designers flexibility to choose how they’d like to divide up the screen into columns (i.e. number) and section widths.
There is also a “designer mode.” This mode allows you to choose a different color for each of the columns.
Hint: there are also other, specific, settings that only work with the associated BOARD theme.
