Moodle HQ is upgrading at this very moment (2.2 is on it’s way!)
We've seen something like this before (last holiday season) when Moodle.org was updating to 2.0. They are at it again: If you're not interested in waiting and refreshing the screen every 5 seconds until the site is back up, you can click the image above to play some Space Invaders.
Is this the new Moodle.com?
Saw this screenshot and have to say "yeowza". That's a nice looking site if it's the mock-up for the new Moodle.com.
@Lasic leaving Moodle HQ
Tomaz Lasic announced recently that he is returning to the classroom after around 18 months at Moodle HQ. A sad day for Moodle HQ and Moodle.org but a happy one for sure for the school receiving his full-time employment. Michael Feldstein (http://mfeldstein.com/@mfeldstein67) posted a high quality video interview of Martin Dougiamas filmed at Educause 2010 last week. The interview itself is about 40 minutes and covers all aspects of Moodle (history, present activities and future goals). Being immersed daily in Moodle news it was interesting to hear about [...]
