Moodle 2.3.1 is out; Moodle 1.9, 2.0 and 2.1 now are supported for Security fixes only

Moodle 2.3.1 is out.  While there weren’t many added features of functionality there were many bug fixes in addition to some security fixes made in this most recent release.

For functionality added/improved were Unit tests and easy access links from plugin pages (which direct back to the Moodle.org plugin database).  With the latter change Moodle is one step closer on the road to having an easier plugin installation and upgrade process like WordPress.org.
