Better Navigation in Moodle 2.x (a video by Jason Renshaw)

Jason Renshaw is a well renowned blogger and educator over at http://jasonrenshaw.typepad.com/.  Most recently he published two great videos that showcase (much more effectively) how to nix the Scroll of Death by using some very simple HTML and the standard text editor of Moodle. The outcome is a really sharp-looking course that’s very easy to navigate.

Check out the blog post here (which includes two video tutorials).

The first of two videos is embedded below [direct link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVv4ja-gTw4]

  1. Thanks so much for the mention here. I’ve only been using Moodle to develop courses for two and a half months, so it’s rather exciting to have stumbled upon a technique that other Moodlers may find useful.

I’m posting regular screencasts showcasing a range of Moodle functions as I learn to apply them, watch them work with learners and pass them on to colleagues in my teaching team.

    Thanks again,
