		<description>I&#039;d have to disagree with those that think a 3rd choice is needed. If you accept a car is still a car whether or not you drive it, then if Moodle facilitates &quot;interactive information sharing, interoperability, user-centered design, and collaboration on the World Wide Web&quot;, it is Web 2.0 by definition.
A better poll would be &quot;Do you think most facilitators use Moodle effectively or to its maximum potential?&quot;</description>
