Mike Rollins (@muppetmasteruk) recently posted a great guide to Moodle that would be an excellent addition to any tutorial or repository of learning materials for teachers (Moodle for Teachers – An Illustrated Guide).  The book is published through Issuu (and is embeddable).  Mark also runs E-teachUK, which has a great tutorial for teachers on his site as well: http://e-teachuk.co.uk/.
