Moodle by another name

Last week we asked the twitterverse what other names they had adopted for their Moodle (it’s a great name/acronym, but lots of schools call it by something entirely different).  The most popular?  iLearn.  Here’s a sampling (including the landing pages) of the various euphemisms for Moodle sites around the world:

    with 3 moodle installations, using the term moodle to describe where folks were going wasn’t working. needed different names.. settled on Classroom Connection, Family Connection and Cluster Connection. each is geared toward a different audience as you might imagine. However, I’m having a hard time making the brand name stick, as we started calling this our intranet, when we just had one installation.

    Our school’s name is often abbreviated to its initials SCH so we have SCHoodle :)

    ours is called “LearnOnline (Moodle)” and people refer to it by either name.
