The first ever iMoot details have been announced at http://imoot.org/. The online conference takes place from February 4th through the 7th and will have three strands for those interested in learning more about Moodle (Teacher, Enterprise and Developer).
iMoot will host two keynote presentations, one by Helen Foster, Moodle Community Manager and the other by Martin Dougiamas, Moodle Founder.
Additionally, iMoot organizers announced the main sponsor and technology platform of the events and presentations: Elluminate.
We are very proud to announce that Elluminate have come on board as theiMoot2010 Technical sponsor. We will be using Elluminate Live! to deliver both live and pre-recorded sessions. Most I am sure are already aware of Elluminate and what they do, but if not, you can check them out at this link. More information about how this will work in the conference setting will be explained in another post shortly.
The cost to attend iMoot is 45 dollars Australian, which gives attendees access to all live presentation and all recordings as well. Registration opens by January 18th. Interested presenters and sponsors should go to http://imoot.org.
